Correction requests
If you believe an article contains a factual error, please cite the paragraph and the alternative source. Corrections are made within seven business days of a documented notification. Where the correction changes the substance of a claim, we append a dated correction note at the foot of the article. If we disagree with a claimed correction, we will write back with our reasoning.

For quoted commentary or press enquiries relating to UK gambling regulation coverage, please use the editorial address above and mark the subject line "Press". Please include your outlet, the deadline you are working to and the specific question. We do not offer unpaid comment on operator-specific matters, but we do offer background on statutory and regulatory topics within our published coverage.
What we cannot help with
DW Info does not run gambling accounts, cannot access operator records and cannot escalate complaints on your behalf.
